• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits are applied toward the total price of the puppy.

We understand that the health of a puppy is critical. Returns are accepted only in cases of serious health issues confirmed by a licensed veterinarian within 48–72 hours of delivery.

• The customer must provide official veterinary documentation.
• If approved, we will offer one of the following:

• Any issues during shipping must be reported immediately upon delivery.
